Lindos

Arriving from Rhodes, Lindos village appears you behind the Acropoli, with its marveillous bay,the white beaches and the blue mediterranean sea.

In Lindos you can only go by feet through many little and charming streets that sourround the secret gardens of the beautiful villas.

These charming ancient greek houses are called "Captain’s house” and were built from the ottomans in 1600.

Captain’s houses are made of pinkish calcareus stones with an influence of byzantine and islamic architecture.

The coast of the island of Rhodes is full of marveillous inlet with no people any time and very easy to reach from April untill October as well as by boat, motorbike and car.

Climates

Rhodes climate is typically mediterraneana and it is never really cold.

Actually there are only two seasons. Summer and Spring.

During the summer the temperatures can arrive at 30/ 35 degrees, always refreshed by the Aegean’s wind that is called Meltemi.

The hight season starts in April ,the perfect month, like October, to go the sea and to visit the old architectural sites located on the island of Rhodes.

We remeber for those who dont like the wind that the North East coas where is Lindos and our properties to rent, is much protected from the wind and so are the beaches.

The few rain falls are concentrated during the months of December and January.

July, August and September are very dry and the temperatures could be very warm.
